When I first visited Pier 39, I went to Fog Harbor Fish house, top famous seafood restaurant, and it is indeed renowned for its seafood offerings and its prime location, which allows diners to enjoy both delicious cuisine and a beautiful view of the San Francisco Bay.

The clam chowder was not only hearty and brimming with clams, but also seasoned to perfection. The accompanying mini sourdough roll, delicious in its own right, proved to be the perfect complement.

The scallops were well-rewarded. Besides, Tender and expertly seared, along with the creamy, buttery risotto infused with delicate crab flavor . I have a fondness for risotto, absolutely this was perhaps the finest I’ve ever savored. Furthermore, the risotto was nice and buttery with a nice crab flavor.

A Nautical Embrace

I really enjoyed the view from restaurant while complementing the meal, it was so beautiful because the large windows provided a clear, expansive view of the bay, where the sea lions entertained, and Alcatraz loomed in the distance.

Meeting the Mark with Service

Along with the service was the cherry on top, we did not wait too much time for the food coming. Also, their server was sweet, humor, and professional, gave us a unforgettable dining experience. I really like the clam chowder.

If you want some delicious seafood and an awesome view of the bay, this is your stop. I would highly recommend this restaurant when you visit San Francisco.
